Change Your Mindset

Back then in the year 2015 when I was the St John Ambulance Kenya Training Manager with the then Marketing and Communication Manager.
For the fours years that I worked with this international organization, I received four promotions and five salary increments but when the dream, the vision and passion inside grew bigger and bigger I couldn’t just enjoy the comfort but resigned to go impact the society out there and for sure God Has used me in a great way as an Ambassador of Safety and Wellness.
Every single individual can make a positive impact in the world. It all depends upon you as an individual what type of impact you really are determined to make.
My learning from other managers and organization board of directors really stirred me up to learn and grow. If you’re starting out or trying to get to the next level, surround yourself with people who keep you motivated and energized – people who inspire you to achieve your best every day. When you do this, you can’t lose.
Getting to the next level always requires ending something, leaving it behind, and moving on. Growth demands that we move on. Without the ability to end things, people stay stuck, never becoming who they are meant to be, never accomplishing all that their talents and abilities should afford them.
Successful people are always thinking about what they can do to move to the next level. Initiative is the drive to do it – to take the first step, and then the next step. The great thing about initiative – is that it’s free and available to everyone.
Creating the next level of results requires the next level of thinking
God’s not going to promote you because you have a dream, He’s going to promote you because you’ve maximized where you are so now you’re ready to go to the next level.
Change your mindset. Set your mindset right and grow. “Happiness depends on your mindset and attitude.” “The mind is just like a muscle – the more you exercise it, the stronger it gets and the more it can expand.” “The mind has a powerful way of attracting things that are in harmony with it, good and bad.”
There is nothing, and I mean nothing that is beyond your reach if you believe that you can achieve it. Change your perception of your self. Your mindset creates your perception. If you create a positive one, you will see the world in a positive way. Once your mindset changes, everything on the outside will change along with it. You can do absolutely anything you set your mind to. Eliminate the mindset of CAN’T! Because you can do anything!
Just put your best foot forward. Be appreciative of the gifts and passions that God has given you. Regardless as to what your situation is, where you are living, you can succeed. Doesn’t matter what it is. Do and God will take you to the next level. Somebody will see you, someday, one day, if you believe, and that person will be your destiny connector.
