When I write articles about Faithing up- using your faith as a kingdom currency to get what you want, I share because it has worked for me. As an Ambassador of Safety I do a lot of research and get to know what is needed in different fields and position myself strategically with the knowledge and products. When I heard about Corona VIRUS IN January 2020 I did research and started writing articles and blogs. Media stations noted that I was well informed and for about 3 months almost every media station in Kenya invited me for an interview, definitely with good allowances for each interview. I had researched well and stocked dozens of 3M, KN95, 3 Ply masks, sanitizers, face shields etc before Kenyans started rushing for them. The below interview by Voice Of America turned things around and a lot of foreigners/expatriates started calling me for advice. The greatest surprise was a call from China by one authority to reserve all 3M masks that I had and they bought them back so I exported to China. Companies started booking me for sensitization sessions and within several months I had earned a lot that I even became a home owner in Nairobi. Corona ikanitoa from Tenant to Landlord in the city.
My friend, opportunities will always come and most of them will look unpleasant. Always set your mindset right. View any problem that comes along as an opportunity. Right now am researching on how we can have a simple way of cooking Ugali in schools because those cooks do struggle a lot with those big Mwikos. Soon I will bring in the technology that will be cooking huge Ugali within minutes. When you look at the floods around, potatoes, jobless young energetic people, almost everyone with a smart phone, traffic jam, water hyacinths, etc which opportunity do you see? Think big, set your mindset right. Faith up! Nothing is impossible to the go getters. Position yourself to seize opportunities that are always showing up. That is what the fastest growing economies and individuals do. Let us arise, seize opportunities, shine and reign.
