- Be Visible as a Cyclist or Pedestrian.
- Know and Respect the highway codes and Traffic rules Always.
- Maintain my vehicle in a Good Condition Always.
- Be Trained and Licensed for the Vehicle I Drive.
- Know how to Act Incase of a Crash.
