Safety As A Core Value

Safety should be viewed as a value like honesty, working hard and reporting to work on time. Values are embedded; while priorities can change. Making safety a depot value leads to building a workplace safety culture. So, safety is fundamental to operational excellence.
It should be inscribed in our heart and mind that whatever we do and wherever we are our mind and focus should also think about safety first. We should embrace the Culture and Discipline of Safety.
