THE GOD WHO MAKES THE IMPOSSIBLE POSSIBLE

You may be wondering; how can I make positive changes in my life?
Where can I find the support, connection and providence to put into practice and action my dreams and visions? I have tried before and failed. The key to change is uniting our weak wills with Christ’s all-powerful strength.
We may be weak, but He is strong. We may be frail, But He is almighty. On our own we cannot, but with Him we can. It all begins with our personal choice. All change begins with a choice.
I have regularly been sharing about the story of my life, how we were raised up in a humble background and at some point how I chose to take responsibility of my life and change the status quo. When I joined the university, one of the issue in my heart was to use any opportunity to help mankind. My mind was not glued on how to benefit but how to help others. I joined all the humanitarian clubs in Campus and was also active in the Christian Union Welfare department. We would visit prisons, children homes, street children, help needy comrades etc and in all these most of the time I was surviving without food and being helped by well-wishers and sometimes by my sister who was working at a Matatu booking office. I chose not to give up but I believed service to mankind is service to God and no any act of humanity goes un rewarded. I knew that one day things would turn around and so I did not sit there complaining and comparing my life with that of others. That spirit of humanity pushed me that all companies that later employed me did so on the basis of my spirit of humanity and not qualifications. I was employed by Equity bank as Agents Trainer then St John Ambulance as Training Manager and later Bloodlink Foundation as Director of Training.
Today I am my own boss having employed a lot of young people and doing my best to help more people pursue their destiny. I have been volunteering going around the country as an ambassador of Safety and most of the community trainings and boda boda riders training that I have been doing I have been using my savings. To be honest, every time I commit myself to volunteer and help people great things have been happening and I have been getting DIVINE REWARDS. Through it I have been invited to the state house about 4 times now, have met the who and whos in the government and different Ambassadors and have travelled across the country and have boarded numerous flights and got exposure to numerous opportunities. It was a choice that I made to help others, volunteer, serve mankind and God and embrace a culture of Humanity and it has opened great doors. That is why some of you have watched me in different TV stations. It did not just happen and it is not because of my qualifications but a choice, and a heart to serve. That is what has made all the difference in my life.
The more we make excuses for our behavior, the more we will create a barrier to success. A remarkable experiment done by a marine biologist illustrates this point. During a research experiment a marine biologist placed a shark into a large holding tank, and then released several small bait fish into the tank. As you would expect, the shark quickly swam around the tank, and attacked and ate the smaller fish.
The marine biologist then inserted a strong piece of clear fiberglass into the tank, creating two separate partitions. She then put the shark on one side of the fiberglass and a new set of bait fish on the other.
Again, the shark quickly attacked. This time, however, the shark slammed into the fiberglass divided and bounced off. Undeterred, the shark kept repeating this behavior every few minutes, to no avail.
Meanwhile, the bait fish swam around unharmed in the second partition. Eventually, about an hour into the experiment the shark gave up. This experiment was repeated several dozen times over the next few weeks. Each time the shark got less aggressive and made fewer attempts to attack the bait fish, until eventually the shark got tired of hitting the fiberglass divider and simply stopped attacking altogether.
The marine biologist then removed the fiberglass divider, but the shark didn’t attack. The shark was trained to believe a barrier existed between it and the bait so the bait fish swam wherever they wished, free from harm.
Many of us, after experiencing setbacks and failures, emotionally give up and stop trying. Like the shark in the story, we believe that because we were unsuccessful in the past, we will always be unsuccessful. In other words, we continue to see a barrier in our heads, even when no “real” barrier exists between where we are and where we want to go.
When we make a choice to change, Christ immediately comes to our aid to break down the barriers and give us the strength we need. Our excuses keep us from receiving His power. At times we erect barriers in our minds. We think of all the reasons change is so difficult. We see the impossibilities, but God is the God of possibilities. He is the God who can make a way when we see no way. He is the God of the impossible making the impossible possible.
The apostle Paul prays this prayer in Ephesians 3:20-21 “Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever, Amen”
What can God do? He can do “exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think”
We may not understand how change takes place, but this we know; God is able.
Our minds may not be able to comprehend how He can make us into a new person, but this we know; God is able.
Our hearts may not be able to grasp how He can strengthen our weak wills, but this we know; God is able.
It may not seem possible, but God is able.
It may not seem logical, but God is able.
It may not seem likely, but God is able.
When under the promptings of the Holy Spirit we choose to make choices to live in harmony with the Creator’s laws and give glory to Him in our lifestyle, He gives us the power to accomplish our desires.
Your star is shining Bright. Don’t take for granted the path God is taking you through. You have a great destiny and now it’s taking root, BUT you have to make a choice and see Him change the impossible to possible.
Our Creator creates within us the new life we have chosen to live as we commit ourselves to Him. See you at the top. God bless you.
